Coffee at Bulaccino
Good coffee is at the heart of Bulaccino, and is the reason why we opened our first Café in Nadi in 2006.
Whilst on holiday in Italy, enjoying some amazing coffee, Eileen and daughters Emma and Fiona first had the idea for Bulaccino. They wanted to provide international standard coffee here in Fiji, so they started up the first Bulaccino Café. Now over 10 years later we have 3 cafés in Fiji which is testament to the high standard of our coffee, food and drinks.
Coffee is Bulaccino's signature product, it's part of our logo shown in a coconut cup to represent our South-Pacific roots.
From the very beginning our baristas have been trained by Bulaccino family members who each have several years of professional barisita experience in Australia and Europe. Vili is our Chief Barista, ensuring we keep to the high coffee standards we set ourselves.
We developed our own unique coffee roast from the wonderful organic Arabica beans grown in Vanuatu on the volcanic Tanna Island. Come try it for yourself!
